Description
Lucky Luke. With a Noose Around His Neck
Book Summary
A new, fun adventure of the fastest cowboy in the West. This time, the Dalton brothers devise a desperate plan to avoid the gallows: marry women from the Flathead tribe. However, what seems like an easy way out turns into a tangle of unpredictable consequences. Lucky Luke must intervene so that law and order (and a bit of common sense) prevail in this Wild West. A story full of humor, action, and the classic characters of the series.
What is it about?
The incorrigible Dalton brothers are about to be hanged. To avoid it, they hatch a plan as bizarre as it is dangerous: ask for the hand of the women of the Flathead tribe. They believe that this way, under the protection of marriage, they will be saved from the noose. But what they don't know is that they are getting themselves into an even bigger mess. Lucky Luke, with his faithful horse Jolly Jumper, will have to unravel this tangle of confusion, misunderstandings, and gunfire, proving once again that he is the man who shoots faster than his shadow and that justice always finds its way.
