A HELL OF A (AND) MESS
Book Summary
A supernatural romantic comedy that kicks off with a disastrous meeting in the suburbs of Madrid. Lucy, a normal young woman, gets caught up in a relationship with Damián Amor, a demon who is the son of the police commissioner, and who turns her into a shapeshifter. Now, between taking on assignments for supernatural creatures via an app and managing a "situationship" she doesn't know how to handle, her life is chaos. When a Galician hacker appears on the scene, everything becomes even more complicated. A fresh, fun, and tangled story that blends paranormal romance with cheeky humor.
What is it about?
Lucy's life takes an unexpected turn the night she meets Damián Amor, a powerful and egocentric demon who transforms her into a shapeshifter. From that moment on, Lucy discovers she can take on the appearance of anyone through a blood pact. To adapt to her new reality, she begins accepting assignments from demons, vampires, and other creatures through Esotericapp, a mobile app designed for Madrid's supernatural world. However, just when she thinks she has found a balance, Damián returns to destabilize her once again. The appearance of Noa, a Galician hacker, adds a new layer of conflict and mystery to an already tangled plot. The story explores the consequences of getting involved with a demon, the problems it entails, and how Lucy tries to survive between romantic chaos and supernatural obligations.
